Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Olympus Cyber, Inc. ("Olympus Cyber," "we," "us") collects when you visit olympus-cyber.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Information we handle during a client engagement is governed by the engagement agreement, not this policy.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you email us, use a contact or emergency intake link, or book a call, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and a description of your situation. Emergency intake messages may include details about a security incident. We treat that information as confidential.
Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page traffic and performance. These tools collect aggregated, anonymized data such as page views, referring site, browser type, country, and device category. They do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
Scheduling. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Microsoft Bookings under Microsoft's own privacy terms. We receive the details you enter into the booking form.
We do not collect payment information through this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, scope an engagement, or respond to an emergency request
- To maintain a record of prospective and current client contacts in our customer relationship management system
- To send you information about Olympus Cyber services when you have asked for it or where a business relationship exists; you can opt out at any time
- To keep the site secure and understand how it is used
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the site and the business, including Vercel (hosting and analytics), Microsoft 365 (email, calendar, and scheduling), and HubSpot (contact management). Each processes information on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.
Retention
We keep inquiry and contact records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and as required by law or our professional obligations. Analytics data is retained by Vercel in aggregated form.
Security
We apply the same discipline to our own information that we recommend to clients: least-privilege access, multifactor authentication, encryption in transit, and logging on the systems that hold your data.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing communications by emailing info@olympus-cyber.com. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of California, the EU, the UK, and other jurisdictions with privacy laws may have additional rights; we honor those requests regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party sites and resources. Their privacy practices are their own.

We will post any changes here and update the effective date above.
