Terms of Use

Olympus Cyber, Inc. · Effective September 2, 2026

By using olympus-cyber.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms cover the Site and the free resources published on it. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement controls.

Informational use only

The Site, including checklists, frameworks, tabletop scenarios, the AI Agent Security Control Library, and any other resources, is provided for general information. It is not legal, regulatory, insurance, or professional security advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship with Olympus Cyber. Decisions about your environment, your incident, or your compliance obligations should be made with qualified advisors who know your facts.

If you are experiencing an active incident: the Site's resources are a starting point, not a response plan. Contact us or your incident response provider directly.

No client relationship until engaged

Sending us an email, submitting an intake form, or booking a call does not make you a client and does not obligate Olympus Cyber to act on your behalf. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement. Until then, please do not send us information you would consider privileged.

Free resources and the Control Library

Olympus Cyber publishes certain resources, including the AI Agent Security Control Library, for public use. Unless a resource states otherwise, you may use, copy, and adapt it inside your own organization, and share it with attribution to Olympus Cyber, provided you do not sell it, present it as your own work, or remove notices identifying its source. All other Site content, including text, graphics, logos, and page design, is owned by Olympus Cyber, Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its hosting infrastructure, scrape the Site at volume, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Security researchers who identify a vulnerability in the Site are welcome to report it to response@olympus-cyber.com.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party sites and uses third-party services for scheduling, hosting, and analytics. Olympus Cyber does not control and is not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Security threats change constantly; content that was accurate when published may not be later.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olympus Cyber, Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site or its resources. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
